Today, November 30, 2007, there were concerns raised about Rudy Giuliani's use of statistics as part of his presidential campaigning tactics. There have been reports that many of the statistics used by Giuliani addressing New Yorks crime rate and budget and that of his opponents for example, have been skewed, incomplete and/or flat out wrong. For their part, Giuliani campaign staffers assert that challenging Giuliani on this is just "nitpicking" and "at the end of the day, he is making points that are true."
On a side note, Giuliani is not alone in stating statistics that may not be entirely factual. Last month, Senator Clinton said that financing for the National Institutes of Health had gone down under President Bush; when in fact it has increased. Also,Senator Obama stated the national debt had doubled under President Bush; it hasn't.

What This Blog is About
This page is geared toward people who are busy. People who don't have time to sit and read a newspaper, or even an e-zine from cover to cover. They need to know what relevant things are happening in news, sports, politics, current events and fashion. They are just like me. I, am just like you.
